Cleaner
Cleaner is MWNote’s automated note management system. It organizes notes based on when they were last modified, moving older ones out of your way so you can stay focused on your current work.
Opening a note does not update its modified date—only saving it does.

Why It Helps
Without automation, notes can quickly pile up — meeting minutes, abandoned ideas, and temporary scraps all stay mixed with current work. Cleaner prevents this clutter by moving unused notes to Inactive and eventually deleting them after your chosen timeframe.
If you want to keep a note permanently, you can manually move it to Archive. This balance of automation and manual control keeps your workspace organized without losing important information.
For added convenience, all notes deleted, either manually or automatically by Cleaner, are moved to the Windows Recycle Bin. This means you can recover deleted notes until the Recycle Bin is emptied.
